I am Lauren, I established the business with Tom back in 2020. I had previously worked with Tom as he was one of my customers, I met him shortly after he set up his Sheet Metal Fabrication business. After supplying him for several years with a range of skilled and technical roles we decided to embark on a new venture together. My aim is to shape how Temporary and Permanent recruitment is done across the West Midlands. Connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, building strong relationships, is what I do best! In the ever-evolving world of recruitment, our story stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, determination, and a shared vision of making a difference to both candidates and clients.
I’m Georgia, I joined the business back in 2021 – I was their first member of staff! A qualified Level 3 REC Recruitment Professional I have been able to support many businesses within the Black Country and Birmingham by supplying them with Temporary and Permanent staff. A master multi-tasker that is able to spin many plates at one time! I have progressed year on year since joining the business and I am excited to see where my career with Oliver Rae is heading. I love working with the team as we thrive on each other’s success.
I am Jack, I joined the business in 2024. I wanted to get into recruitment as I know there are many opportunities within the Industry after exploring my options elsewhere I decided to take the opportunity as a Trainee Consultant here at Oliver Rae. The warm welcoming, company culture, and sense of teamwork are what drove me towards working with Oliver Rae. The future is looking bright, and I am glad to have joined their journey.
I am the brains behind the brand! I joined the business back in 2023 as their Marketing Manager. The vision of where Lauren and the team want to take the business made me want to be a part in their journey. With no experience in Recruitment, I have absorbed their culture, service, customer and candidate base for me to unleash my creativity and take our brand and shout about it, building connections and insights, giving us a voice worth listening to. Over time, I have seen the team take what is deemed a very ordinary service and shaped it into something extraordinary. Oliver Rae isn’t a numbers game recruitment agency, they value their customers and candidates alike, which was something I resonate with and value.
