Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Rugeley
Pay Rates: £13 – £16 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30/17:00
We are working with a plastic extrusion moulding company based in the Rugeley area of Staffordshire. Ideally looking for someone with plastic injection moulding experience to operate and maintain their new plastic injection moulding machine. Full on the job training will be provided to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Set and operate plastic extrusion machine.
- Loading and off loading materials to the machine.
- Filling out relevant documentation throughout the day.
- Filing production paperwork at the end of each day.
- General machine maintenance.
- Reporting any defects/issues.
Qualification/experience:
- Ability to follow and understand instructions.
- Ability to work under pressure to production targets.
- Experience in plastic injection moulding is advantageous but not necessary.

- Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30/ 17:00 (potential weekend shifts are available)
- 30 minutes unpaid break.
- Full training provided.
- Permanent position employed directly through the company.
- Pay rate: £13 – £16 per hour
