Job Title: Forge Operative (Stamper)
Location: Cradley Heath
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Shift Patterns: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:30

Responsibilities:
- Forge production duties.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure high quality and technical requirements are met.
- Adhere to company policies for health and safety.
- Conduct daily checks on startup and closure following company checklists.
- Produce production reports consisting of billet counts and down time.
- Support planned production adjustments.
- Assist with Die change over process as and when required.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines.
- Forklift and crane operating when required.
- Support continuous improvement at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in Forge / Foundry is essential for this role.
- Experience in Quality is preferred.
- Must be confident reading drawings, measuring and testing.
- Must be confident to create reports.
- Forklift licence is required.
