Job Title: Administrator
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rates: up to £23,000
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 09:00-16:00
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our client as An Administrator. The successful candidate will provide a blend of marketing support, health and safety administration, facilities coordination, and general office administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Manage social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
Maintain accurate records of health and safety documentation.
Schedule and document weekly and monthly health and safety checks.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Support with risk assessments and incident reporting.
Coordinate annual building services and maintenance schedules.
Ensure all facilities-related compliance certificates (e.g., PAT testing, fire safety) are up to date and received on time.
Monitor and log maintenance activities and repairs.
Manage and order office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
Qualification/experience:
Must be an organised experienced administrator that has experience in the majority of the above specification.
